So please make sure to choose the right product, with the correct store country in the correct currency before purchasing it, as we cannot refund or exchange items sent to the customer. In the event that an order is approved to refund after making sure that the cards’ codes have not been redeemed yet, the value of the order then will be refunded to the customer’s wallet in 3rb1 application only.
